    Course set up. Volunteers meet at the clubhouse.

    1:00pm - 2:30pm

    Lunches served. $1 off regular beer prices.

    Player mandatory check-in ends at 2:30

    2:30pm - 2:40pm

    Players meeting.
    Last chance for check-in.
    All players must be checked in by 2:30.

    2:40pm - 2:45pm

    Pick up cards and go out to your holes. Make sure your entire card is together. Players on holes 4,5 and 6 can carpool and park near Green #5 Tee off at exactly 3 pm.

    6:45pm - 8:45pm

    Score tabulation. Live Music in the clubhouse. Awards ceremony. Raffle. Basket crew load-out.

    9:00pm

    Clean up. Load out.

About this tournament

1 round of play
This is the first ever disc golf tournament in the city of Hayward. We'll be playing at the Mission Hills of Hayward Golf Course. 18 holes that play along rolling hills, manicured greens, water hazards, and mature pine trees. The course distance is roughly 8800 feet, playing par 61.

Shotgun start around 3PM, with players party and awards to follow.
