Joey Springer March 7, 2016 at 12:39am
How's the snow looking down there? Looking to play some practice rounds tomorrow but if it's like it is here then the snow may not be gone by tomorrow. Thanks in advance
Should be melting overtime tonight and tomorrow. Still pretty covered at Rum. Ox Bow wasn't bad at all.
Thanks. Got Ox Bow and the one in Osceola in. Wasn't very fond of some of the baskets. Like to spit anything coming in hot. But oh well overall courses were nice

Can we pay for the distance comp upon arrival. I don't think I paid for it when I registered

I posted this question on DGCR as well. Are there any hotel partners that have lowered their rates for us?
Is there a good area to stay in? It seems like the majority of the hotels are around 90. Is that a good central area to the courses?
Red Roof Inn in granger is pretty central located and affordable. https://www.redroof.com/property/Granger/IN/46530/Hotels-close-to-University-of-Notre-Dame-South-Bend/RRI629/
Don't forget red roof u can use your 20% off pdga discount t :)

Possibly Looking for a crash pad for the weekend. I will most likely be traveling with another female.
I am traveling from Wisconsin with a Friend. We rented a house very close Friday and Saturday. If you are in need of a place to sleep we have a couple full size couches available and plenty of floor space if you bring a blow up matress or sleeping bag. Or if you are a camper you could just camp in the yard, it is a nice neighborhood.
I'm traveling from Michigan, you have room for another or still have space in the yard?
Yeah we have floor space and if you want to camp we definately have space.

What the story on the distance comp?
How many throws and is it pure distance or is there a rope landing zone?
There will be a landing zone, you will be able to go at any time during the time and you will have 10 throws to make it in with the best distance taken. You may use any disc you wish to use as long as it is pdga approved.
So you don't have to be there right at 10 to get in on the competition?

Is Grand Masters Advanced considered part of Pool B?
Angela Cook February 1, 2016 at 4:22am
Are the women grouped into the advanced pool as well? Just curious as my husband and I would probably be in different pools with one car.

*Announcement* Players packs will include, custom clipboard, glass mini, custom shirt, and a stool. We will announce additional player pack items as they are confirmed. Players not registered by March 1 will get an event shirt but it will not be custom with their name and PDGA number.
We are working with some manufacturers on the possibility of additional discs. We will post updates as new information becomes available.

In the PICTURES for the tournament you will see POOLS and COURSE ASSIGNMENTS. This is tentative based upon the number of registrants.
Thanks Joe. I'm planning on coming up from Wisconsin for this event. You have 4 divisions. If you have enough for an advanced masters division it would be good to know what pool they would be in. I'm coming with someone that isn't sure if he wants to play in intermediate or Advance Masters.
