Is there any way 2 of us can sign up for this tournament? We were debating about it for a bit because we are coming down there for the weekend and didn't realize registration closes at 8pm! If not, no big deal.

Doubles at the Office Bridge will start at 4 PM, check in a 3:45. Sorry about the confusion; change over from the original tournament date issues. We definitely want enough daylight, so an hour earlier than 5 PM is the ticket. Hope to see you out there and make sure to dress for the occasion (rain gear and warm layers). It’s definitely that time of year.

We’re planning on rescheduling for the 1st weekend of November. We’ll issue refunds if needed, but if you can make it happen in November, keep it in mind.

Udisc is pretty accurate if you’re playing MA1 or MPO for both courses. Layout for old mill is the blue baskets. For MA2 old mill is red baskets and I think office bridge will have some shorter baskets on the long holes

Cool, I’ll wait for your text. Other than the air quality lately, which is supposed to change by Wednesday, the Cedar Creek Fire shouldn’t effect the tournament. I will definitely keep everyone posted if things change though.

No fire camp in Westfir. The Oakridge parking will be simple, just inside the Old Mill Disc Golf Parking lot and along Roaring Rapids Rd.

In terms of people per site, no more than two tournament playing adults (spouses and children under the age of 18 are welcome and don’t factor into this equation) is the vision. The sites themselves are going to be your standard campground size and adjusted according to camper type (i.e. tent, van, trailer, etc). Sites are first come first serve, which you’ll be on the list once payment is received. Notably, there are NO CAMPFIRES permitted onsite; above ground propane or other liquid gas portable stove fires are permitted for cooking and such.

What will par be on each course for amateur MA3? I just played Office Bridge and the red on tee signs is 60, is this correct for the tournament? Also what will par be on the Old Mill?

Par 54 for the red baskets (amateur layout at Old Mill) and 60 for blue baskets (pro/advanced AM at Old Mill)
Par 55 for the Office Bridge with alternate, shorter placements for amateurs (MA2, MA3, MA40+,, MA50+, MA60+, and Junior) on #8, #9, and #14.

As of now, wildfire danger has subsided in the Oakridge/Westfir area. In fact, the evacuation has ceased and residents are returning to their homes and businesses. The game plan remains the same; look for a player email explaining all logistics next week. I'll keep everyone posted if things change, thanks.
