** If Harmony Bends is unplayable due to flooding we have a contingency plan to play Jefferson City Dam Course for Pro/Advanced and Holt Summit for Rec/Intermediate.

They are offering a special room rate for people attending the tournament of $109 per night. Also we are raffling off a Dynamic Discs Recruit Basket to participants that stay at the host hotel. You get one ticket per room per night. Just let them know you will be reserving a room for the Mid America Open to get the special rate!

Refund policy

Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.

Players packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in. ID required.

Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.

Players packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.

Full refunds for amateurs are permitted up to June 7th. A $25 voucher will be given in lieu of refund for all Amateur withdrawals after June 7th.

No refunds for any cancelations after June 20.

Columbia Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancelations.
