This tournament is to celebrate the Michigan Disc Golf Hall of Fame and the new members to be inducted. Please check back here for current updates on information.

We are super excited for this year's induction class!! They are Bob Huston #2354, Sueanne Huston #2550, Joe Gill #3550, Molly Morrow #5970, and Mike Randolph #6138!

All current members and inductees of the Michigan Disc Golf Hall of Fame are allowed to compete for free. There is also a Hall of Fame members only division that competes in a 1 round competition (during second round of the tournament) for a trophy only. Hall of Fame members that wish to compete, please contact us (Larry LaBond) for free registration. Hall of Fame members wishing to play in the HoF division must inform me before the start of May of their wish to play in the HoF division.

Player check in will happen Friday, 5-8pm, at the Host Hotel/Tournament Central and complete tournament information will be passed out as well as player's packages. Players that are unable to check in on Friday can have others to do so for them or must inform the tournament that they will check in on Saturday. All players are subject to the information passed out at check in and are responsible for getting their player's package. Player packages will not be shipped unless arrangements are made.

Saturday night (May 21) at 7pm will be the Induction Ceremony Presented by Discraft, for the new Hall of Fame members at the Holiday Inn & Suites. There will be a complimentary food provided by Discover Kalamazoo Sports for the first 100 people to sign up for it. Food will be available 5:30-7pm. There is a capacity limit. So, you must sign up to be guaranteed food and the ability to attend the ceremony. Don't miss out on seeing some of Michigan's leaders in disc golf get their recognition and some love for what they have accomplished!

We will have 5 pools of players and will be using 5 courses in the Kalamazoo Area. All of which have long and short tees. The current courses to be used are (this is subject to change):

Oshtemo Township Park - Osh
Vicksburg Recreation Area - ViRA
Robert Morris Park - RoMo (park fee)
Meyer Broadway North - MBN (park fee)
Meyer Broadway South - MBS (park fee)

The current pool assignments are (this is subject to change):

Pool A - MA1
Pool B - MA2
Pool C - MA3
Pool D - MA70+, all FA and all Jr
Pool E - MA40+, MA50+, and MA60+

The current course assignments are as follows (this is subject to change):

Pool A - Osh long, RoMo long, ViRA long
Pool B - MBN long, MBS short, Osh long
Pool C - MBS short, MBN long, RoMo long
Pool D - ViRA short, Osh short, MBN short (FA1 &MA70+ play MBN long)
Pool E - RoMo short (MA40+ play long), ViRA short, MBS short

K'Aces Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Due to the large amount of drops last year, there will be a $5 fee for all refunds within 2 months of the event.

Refunds are available until within one week of the event. After which, if the vacated spot does not fill, 50% of the entry fee will be forfeit.

Refunds requested within 1 week of the event starting are subject to 50% of the entry fee being forfeited if the vacant spot can be filled. Otherwise, 100% of the entry fee is forfeit if the spot does not fill. Players forfeiting their entire entry fee are entitled to their player's package but must request package and provide address to be shipped to. Players have up to a week after the event to request their player's package, otherwise the player's package becomes forfeit.

Ace Pool, 50/50, and PDGA non-member fees will be refunded, regardless of timing of refund request, unless player "No shows".

A "No show" is someone that does not inform the tournament that they will not be coming by the first-round tee. "No shows" forfeit all monies but can claim their player's package. They must request package and provide shipping information. Players have up to a week after the event to request their player's package, otherwise the player's package becomes forfeit.

It is not the tournament or tournament staff's responsibility to communicate or get players their refunds or player's packages unless they are requested by the player and the necessary address and/or PayPal address is given.
