Check in at Hazel Landing at the White Canopy. Practice Social distancing and plan on using Digital scoring. We will have an easy to follow guide posted. The Board will NOT be ready until 9:45am, disregard it until then as your card may change.

About this tournament
1 round of play
1. Vending will be on site and online. You may choose to take your payout via a voucher for our website instead of on site. We DO require clean hands to enter our canopy and will be providing a hand cleaning station at the entrance. Do not skip this station. It's mandatory.
We also require a face mask in the canopy. I know, I know. I don't like face masks either but we have protocol we must follow to make our events as safe as possible for all our players. We have a limited number available for purchase.
If you don't have a mask, you can't enter the canopy. Please keep this in mind.
2. There is no in person player meeting. Covid 19 means we have to have social distancing and it's near impossible with 72 players. The player meeting will be sent via email the night before the event. Please check your email or the Chubb Disc Golf Page.
Plan on keeping digital scoring. Right now with the social distancing concerns, paper score cards are a point of contact our staff would rather not handle.
3. Awards will be no touch. I hate this part of it. I love shaking hands with the winners. I love seeing big smiles when you get your award. However, it's required if we want to keep quality events going. The tables will have your award. We will still have an awards ceremony so please wait to be called. We ask you keep social distance while watching awards and claiming.
4. the event! Finally, the event!
We are playing 2 rounds at Hazel Landing.
Open and Advanced are playing all longs and blue baskets where available. This will be a challenge.
Novice, fa2, Ma3, Fa3, ma50, ma60 will play all shorts to all yellow and a modified hole 6 marked with flags.
Everyone else is playing a true Mayhem layout.
Round 1 is Long on odds to all yellow. Shorts on Even.
Round 2 is Long on all even to yellow. Shorts on Odds.
This will be a challenge. IF Hazel Floods we will move to Dillon and will be running the same layout.
If there is rain we will move Rec to the same pool as Novice and Fa3.
