Due to unforseen circumstances that caught both Sunset Hills Parks and the St. Louis Disc Golf Club by surprise, Meramec Meltdown will be moving Round One from Sunset Lakes to Willmore Park.
All competitors have been emailed and any refund requests made by 8/20/21 will be honored.
Round 2 will still be at Unger as planned.
We will be using 6 and 11c at Willmore so it will be challenging!

Would this event get cancelled due to thunderstorms?

If there is lightning we will go under delay until there is no more lightning. If it persists for hours a call would be made when necessary.

I have never played the Sunset course. I understand there a both long and short tee boxes. For the tournament which tee boxes will be used? Thank you.

Both pads will be used in the tournament. MPO, Pro Masters (MPXX), and MA1 will be playing the long tees (~10,300 ft - par 68). The other divisions will play from the shorts (~7,900 ft - par 60).

I have heard that tall grass is casual or OB. What will it be for this tournament at Sunset? Might be a dumb question but just wanna make sure.

Hey Jason! The tall grass will be played as out of bounds - any parts that are not out of bounds will be clearly defined.
Has Willmore pin positions been moved yet to what all 18 will be for tournament day?
Hey there! Sorry we didn't see this earlier. All pins are in tournament position except 6C and 13D which will be moved morning of.
