Cypress Disc Golf is our sponsor and vendor for this event.
Cypress Disc Golf is responsible for all payments, cancellations and refunds.
2 rounds of 18 holes.
Please arrive early for this event to allow plenty of time to park, check in, and practice before the round starts.

PLEASE CAR POOL IF POSSIBLE! PARKING WILL BE LIMITED!
Due to limited parking at the course, only vehicles with two or more "players" will be allowed to park in the event parking lot! We will have a parking attendant to enforce parking restrictions.
There is additional parking at the park across the street. Take the walk path under the bridge to get back to the disk golf course.
We will have a safe and secure area for players to drop off equipment before the round if you park offsite. The same secure area will be available during the lunch break.
Additional parking will be available at Mac's Sports Bar -N- Grill, 12650 Telge Rd. We will have volunteers to help shuttle to and from the park if you chose to park there.
Do not park on the road, grass or the driveways in or in front of the park! You will be towed!

ROUND 1:
All players are required to check in at Texas Army Trail HQ from 7am to 8am.
Players that fail to check in by 8:00am will be disqualified.
1st Round Tee time will be a shotgun start at 8:30am sharp!
Round one hole assignments will be posted on the PDGA event page,

BE AT YOUR ASSIGNED STARTING HOLE NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR TEE TIME.
ONLY USE "YOUR" STARTING HOLE TO WARM UP!
CHECK FOR CHANGES IN TIME AND HOLE ASSIGNMENTS UP TO 15 MINUTES BEFORE TEE TIME.
AT 8:20, IF YOU ARE AT YOUR STARTING HOLE AND THERE ARE ONLY TWO PLAYERS, ONE PLAYER WILL PROCEED TO THE NEXT HOLE AND ONE PLAYER WILL PROCEED TO THE PREVIOUS HOLE.
IT IS EACH PLAYERS RESPONSIBLITY TO INFORM THE TD OF THE HOLE CHANGE. PLEASE SEND TEXT TO STEVE STANLEY 713-888-0555.
Only one player per card can keep score at a time. It is the responsibility of each player to check in on the app as well as confirm their score is being entered correctly for each hole! After the round is complete, each player must confirm their score is correct. The score keeper can the submit the card digitally. Please submit score cards as soon as possible.

ROUND 2:
2nd round will be a shotgun start, one hour after last card is turned in. Tee time will be posted in HERE and at Texas Army Trail HQ.
Cards will be shuffled between rounds according to scores.

COURSE RULES:
A disc is declared lost if the player cannot locate it within three minutes after having arrived at the area where it is thought to be. Any player in the group or an Official may begin the timing of the three minutes, and must inform the group that the timing has begun.
Cypress Creek water line and beyond is OB unless marked and stated below.
Standing water is casual unless stated below.
Hole 1: Parking lot and beyond is OB. Play from last inbound location with penalty.
Hole 5: Swamp area on right, water line and beyond is OB. Play from last inbound location with penalty.
Hole 13: Marked line on left and beyond is OB. Proceed to Drop Zone with penalty.
Hole 17: Swamp area on right, water line and beyond is OB. Play from last inbound location with penalty.
Hole 18. Marked line on left and beyond is OB. Proceed to Drop Zone with penalty.

PAYOUTS AND PLAYER PACKS:
Payouts for Pro divisions will be issued to the Paypal account used at signup.
Payout and Awards Ceremony for all AM divisions will be held in the parking lot of
Mac's Sports Bar-N-Grill 2650 Telge Road.
Player packs for AM divisions will be available at Mac's from 11am to 6pm.

COVID PROTOCAL:
Players are encouraged to use covid19 safety protocols during lunch break.
Before, during and after rounds, players should adhere to the suggested COVID19 safety and social distancing protocols of our local and county officials.
Only 3 players at a time in the vending area. We will require that players sanitize their hands before and after looking through the inventory.
Spectators (are allowed)
Spectators must adhere to local and county COVID19 protocols at all times.
Spectators must follow behind the players at all times.
Spectators must not be a distraction to the players in any way!

WAITLIST -
Players that do not initially get in to the event are placed on the waitlist in the order received.
When a spot becomes available for a division, the next available waitlisted player from that division is promoted to the event.
Our goal is to have a competitive event where players have an opportunity play against other players in their division.
We do not pick and chose favorites so please do not put us in that position, you will not like our answer!

Refund policy
Cypress Disc Golf is responsible for all cancellations and refunds.
A full refund minus registration fees will be issued for all cancellations requested through Disc Golf Scene before May 26th 2021 at 8pm.
Cancellation requests after May 26th 2021 at 8pm will only be refunded if that spot can be filled. If the spot is filled, a refund will be promptly issued for the entry fee, minus registration fees and a $10 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after May 29th 2021 at 8pm.
No shows will forfeit entry fees.
All waitlist players will be promptly refunded post event.
A full refund minus registration fees will be issued for all cancellations requested through Disc Golf Scene before May 26th 2021 at 8pm.
