There is not a defined drop zone on hole 16 vista. No whiskers. Not a defined painted line left of the mando.

It appears as though there is a retroactive change to hole 3. TD, please post the new rules so we may follow them. I do not believe changing the rules at this time and having that change be in affect for the round already played will be fair.

This has unfortunately been an issue for several years in a row for that hole. I have mentioned it every year in private and even some years publicly. I told staff again before I played my round this year. Maybe if enough people say something they’ll fix it but I honestly don’t think the ... more

Are there warm-up/practice areas at the courses? I know Fountain Hills has practice baskets set up, but not sure if there is a throwing area

on Vista where is hole 12 Am pad / I was out today and the pro pad is there but no Am short pad (gunite hole over water)??

yeah currently the short pad is not defined at all as of 4 pm Tuesday, it looks like someone removed the pad from where it should be

I don't know if that would work for you but I think it's pretty good quality and much easier to download and load (especially on slower or older phones)

PDGA Rule 806.02.A states; "The out-of-bounds line is part of the o.b. area." so the line is out. It must be touching in-bounds to be safe.
