Join us Halloween weekend for Mega-Death Putt, a 2-round unsanctioned tournament on the Pitch & Putt course. All players will receive a Player Pack featuring a custom stamped tournament disc and more (retail value over $25).

This Event will be a shotgun start with a Player's Meeting before and a Player's Party after to include extra games/contests and drink specials. Stay tuned for more details about the added bonus contests and games!

LAYOUTS:

Shotgun Start for both rounds.

1st Round: Standard 18-hole Pitch & Putt Layout

2nd Round: Mega-Death Putt R2 layout - available on Udisc

DIVISIONS:

Divisions for this event will be ratings based to help group players by skill while also limiting divisions to offer larger payouts. If you don't have a PDGA rating, contact us for help picking which division would best suit your skill level. As per normal PDGA guidelines, players can always play in divisions above their rating (just not below).

PAYOUTS:

Payouts for this event will be in the form of scrip/credit loaded onto gift cards for the on-site Pro Shop. We will payout the top 50% of each division. Payout details will be shared through our Facebook page and posted in the clubhouse following the event.

PLAYER PACKS:

All players will receive a Player's Pack featuring a tournament artwork stamped putter from Gateway Discs and a DG Max Wax Snap Stick (for improved grip!). Players will get to choose their specific disc during check in.

TEE TIMES & STARTING HOLES:

This event will use a shotgun start for both rounds 1 and 2 with a brief break between. 1st round tee off time is 2pm sharp. Cards and hole assignments are chosen during registration, and displayed on the Registered Players tab on discgolfscene.com.

SCORING:

Scoring for both rounds 1 and 2 will be handled using the UDisc app. Players may download the UDisc app for Apple or Android (free version or Pro account will work), or rely on others on their card to handle official digital scorekeeping. At least 1 player per card must keep score using the UDisc Event function.

ACE POT:

Optional $2 entry for the Ace Pot is available. Aces will be counted for both rounds and the player(s) with the most Aces wins the pot. If there are ties for most Aces, the pot will be split evenly between those players.

PLAYER'S MEETING:

Players should check in inside the clubhouse no later than 1:15pm. There will be a Player's Meeting at 1:30pm, location TBA.

PLAYER'S PARTY + BONUS CONTESTS & GAMES:

Join us for the Player's Party around 4pm (following the completion of the 2nd round) for awards and extra games and activities. Plus, drink specials in the Pro Shop!

RING OF FIRE: Putting contest where everyone putts at the same time, winners go on until there is only one putter standing! 100% Cash Payout to the winner! $2/player entry fee.

PUTTER DRIVING CONTEST:
$2 entry gets each competitor 3 shots for max distance. Each player will take all 3 shots in a row and must bring 3 putters (3 speed or lower). 100% cash payout to the winner!

COSTUME CONTEST: Winning costume (or costumes) will receive a disc of their choice from THE VAULT and 2 days passes. Winners will be chosen by DGR staff.

Bonus contests are available to anybody, not just Mega-Death competitors. Head to the pro shop to register.
