This is a 2 rounds of 18 holes, shotgun start, bring your own partner doubles event.
Format:
Round 1, Play to the yellow baskets.
Front 9, play best shot (traditional doubles format).
Back 9, play alternate shot (Player A throws, then player B, then player A, then B, etc...)
Round 2, Play to the white baskets
Front 9, Play combined score (players on a team play the hole like they are playing singles and add their scores together. Example: Player A shoots a 3, Player B shoots a 2, the team records a 5 for the hole.
Back 9, Play worst shot (Both players throw and will play the worst shot on each throw. If in doubt, the opposing team will choose which lie to play from. Both players must make the putt to finish the hole.)
Players in the Mixed and Adult/Youth division will play 1st round yellow baskets, 2nd round white baskets, however, these 2 divisions will play best shot both rounds.
If players do not have a rating, their assumed rating is 930.
Players Packs:
Players in the Gold division will not receive a players pack. 100% of the entry fee will be paid out. All other players will receive $20 ($40/team) in vouchers to ParkIt Disc Golf.
Payouts/Awards:
The top 40% in each division will be paid out. Teams in the Gold division will be paid out through paypal. All other divisions will get vouchers to ParkIt Disc Golf which will be set up on site.
Chuck's Concessions out of Maryville TN will be setup on site for lunch.
