One round of 27 holes at Mullet Park in Goshen, Indiana.
ABOUT
This is a PDGA C-Tier Flex event. You may form your own group once all card mates have checked in and begin your round. Play MUST be completed by 8:30 p.m.
This is event #1 of the series. Players will receive PDGA points and round ratings at each event.
Event #2 is on September 12 at Mullet Park
Event #3 is on September 26 at Ox Bow County Park
Individual division champions will be crowned after the completion of the series. Division champions are the players with the most accrued points over the duration of the series. Players receive 3 points for participation. Then the top 10 will receive additional points (1st - 10 points, 2nd - 9 points, 3rd - 8 points and so on through 10th place - 1 point).
Optional Ace Fund and 50/50 Cash CTP.
TD reserves the right to combine divisions of less than three players. You will be using
PDGA live scoring for this event.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
No cashless registration. No walk-ups. Must pre-register before 2 p.m on the day of the event. All players are responsible for any gate fees that may be in effect. Check back periodically for updates.
PLAYER PACKAGES
All players will receive $4 in "Lucky Bucks" to be used at luckydiscgolf.com retail site. Your voucher will be emailed to you after the completion of the event. No cash value. One per player per event.
PARKING
While Mullet Park is located on Indiana Avenue there is no designated parking available. Players should park at Shanklin Park (411 W. Plymouth) and take the trail to Mullet Park. The parking area is located in the northwest corner of the park. The walk from the parking area to hole #1 takes about 8-10 minutes. There is parking at Linway Plaza (corner of Indiana and Lincoln Avenues) as well. Walk south on Indiana Avenue to the park.
RATINGS
You may play "up" but you may not play "down" a division. Player rating classifications will be strictly enforced. You will be moved to the appropriate division should your November rating affect your division registration at the time. Please contact the TD with any questions.
PLAN AHEAD
Daylight will be at a premium. One round consists of three consecutive revolutions of the 9-hole layout. You must play consecutively without any breaks other than to use the bathroom or other approved limited stoppages with TD approval. You must be done by 8:30 p.m. Groups must have of at least three but not more than four players. NO FIVESOMES PLEASE.

Refund policy
Maple City Disc Golfers is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Players who officially request to withdraw prior to August 7, 2023 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw between August 8 and August 22, 2023 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot can be filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled through the waitlist the player will receive a 50% cash refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between August 23 and September 4, 2023 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after September 4, 2023 forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack. If you have questions please contact the tournament director.
