The waiting list is kept right here on Disc Golf Scene.

Dan Becker   October 13, 2016 at 1:09pm

In a minute there will be only 3.

Dan Becker   October 13, 2016 at 9:00pm

The waiting list is kept on this site. I just extended registration by another day to handle any new cancellations.

Dan Becker    October 7, 2016 at 2:49pm

The waiting list is only kept here on Disc Golf Scene, you just need to register to get on the waiting list.
Regardless of why, anyone on the waiting list who does not play will get the normal refund back from the tournament.
Anyone on the tournament list must contact me Sunday October 16th by noon to ensure they get a refund.
Anyone on the tournament list must contact me by October 14th at noon, and if I get a replacement player for their slot they will get a refund.

I wish you had some way to let me know! You need better friends or something. I did refund everyone who let me know on Friday because we did fill there slots on Saturday.

Dan Becker   October 18, 2016 at 1:52pm

However, at this point the money was all paid out so I have no extra for the refund. We did end up at only 71 because of the no shows.

Thanks, Dan, worth an ask, sorry I missed the fun

Will there be a work day happening before the tournament to fix the tee pads? If there is not one planned how can I go about scheduling one?

There are several players who are trying to get out and level/rake the tee pads. We just need to fix the red tees. There currently is no extra crush so we plan to just level what we can. I was planning on Saturday, but the current weather forecast looks like it will be Sunday.

Thanks for the response. I've been out with Bachman the past couple days clearing fallen branches. I was also gonna try to get out Saturday with a few guys and some rakes and tampers. I hope the weather holds out cause I'm booked Sunday with the Brewers Art Open at Druid Hill.

Whens the deadline for refunds? Is it going to be a week before?

I should probably follow the new rules exactly, but they are a bit crazy: http://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/section-1-tournament-procedures/13-withdraws-and-refunds

Thanks Dan for not going by PDGA rules. I am hoping to make it, but depends on how my injury recovery goes.

Ian Liddell   October 3, 2016 at 4:49pm

Guidelines, not rules. I too appreciate lenient TD's due to injuries and such.

The tournament is called the "Mini Monster" because we will play Red Tees to Gray Baskets and then Red Tees to Green Baskets. During the "Monster" (in the spring) we play the Blue Tees. If you play both tournaments, then you will play all four layouts at McKeldin!
