About this tournament

This is a one round C-tier ON TEE TIMES. Times and/or specific card mates are not requestable. They will be assigned based on your division. The first Tee Time will be 8:00AM, the last tee time will be 2:36PM.

The divisions will tee off in this order:

FA3

MA2
FA1
FPO / FP40
MA60
MA50

MP60

MP0

The course will be set very long utilizing the majority (but not all) of the longest pins. There may be additional OB if we are able to get that done.

All amateurs will receive a tournament stamped Trilogy disc. MA2 and higher will have additional merchandise payout based on performance at Maverick Disc Golf store in Olathe. MA3/FA3/JRS will not have additional payout but will instead receive a bonus player pack item.

Fees deducted from entry:
$2 PDGA fee
$3 KCDG (Kansas City Disc Golf club) fee

This event is part of the Maverick 2023 Disc Golf Series presented by GRIPeq. It will have 1x points (normal C-tier points) even though it is only 1 round.

Refund policy

Maverick Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Withdraws must be submitted directly to the Tournament Director. DGScene and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Refunds PRIOR to October 1st will receive full entry fee (not processing fees) refunded. Refund requests from October 1st to October 5th 11:59PM will receive refunds less an $6 handling fee. No refunds will given be after October 5th.
No call, no show at event will forfeit player pack and refund.

Waitlist policy: If you are on the wait list and don't get in, you'll get a full refund less the PayPal and dgscene fees. When an opening becomes available, it is filled from the waitlist first. If you are on the waitlist, you can request a refund at any time and get a full refund less the PP and DGScene fees. Once you are on the normal registration list, the above paragraph applies as long as it is before registration ends. When registration closes, and you are still on the waitlist, you will be removed and refunded, less the PP and DGS fees.
