DIVISIONS / DATES:
Everyone is playing one round on Saturday October 5th and Sunday October 6th on predetermined tee times.
Tee times for Saturday will be posted at this link early Friday afternoon.

Sunday’s tee times will be posted at the same link within two hours of Saturday’s rounds being finished.
LATE WITHDRAWAL / NO-SHOW
At this point, it is too late to receive a refund. However, if you notify me at 785-764-2229 prior to Round One’s tee time, you will still receive your player pack for an Amatuer. It’s not required, but I appreciate the heads up. No call, no show forfeits your player pack and entry fee.
To cancel, text or call your name and division, with a comment you are canceling to 785-764-2229.
PARKING -
Please use the actual parking lots at the course. Do not park along the streets.
RESTROOMS
There are flush toilets within walking distance of the parking lot.
CHECK-IN
Early Bird player pack pickup continues today until 5:30 pm. Otherwise, you can pick up your player pack prior to your round on Saturday. The current plan for Saturday at Heritage is to be set up at the shelter near Hole 18 and let the players start themselves at Hole 1. If it seems like we have an issue with casual players or groups starting late I will then transition over to Hole 1.
SCORING
We will be using the PDGA digital scoring system. (This is not Udisc). To access it, go to pdga.com/score. Enter in the password, then your last name or PDGA number, and the card will pull up. I will have paper scorecards as a backup. You can also use udisc as a backup. However, to submit the scores, it needs to be done through the PDGA scoring system.

CADDY BOOK
Hole lengths, pars, and OB rules are listed in the PDGA app while you are keeping score. They are attached to this email as well. You can also find them on dgscene event page under the Documents Tab.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
I don’t expect this to be an issue but including it just in case.
We will follow the PDGA Competition Manual (Rules) regarding adverse weather conditions which can be found here:

Basically, we play rain or shine. If there is lightning or hail, I will blast an air horn three times, and will continue to repeat it. If the horn has been used, mark your lie with a rock, stick in the mud, etc. to be able to resume play when the weather delay is over. Play will resume 30 minutes after the last lightning strike. If a Tornado Watch or Warning has been issued by NOAA, we will suspend play until the watch is over. If the Watch or Warning is long enough that we will not be able to finish, the results will be official after the first round.

All Amateurs will receive a tournament stamped Innova disc and a t-shirt.

WATER
While there will be at least one water cooler on the course near tournament central, I fully expect they will go dry at some point. They will be refilled as soon as possible, but you need to be prepared to bring enough water for yourself. The water on the course is a back-up.
IF YOU NEED TO WITHDRAW
If you decide for any reason that you don’t or can’t play the second round, please tell Rob, the Tournament Director. This is crucial as it will affect others on how the second round is organized.
ACE / CTP FUND
Because this event is tee time based, we do not have an Ace / CTP fund.
AWARDS / PAYOUTS
To decrease the amount of congregation we will not have a formal awards ceremony. The awards will be given to the winner after the second round as soon as it is obvious who won.
PRO PAYOUTS can be either a check picked up the same day, a check mailed to you, or PayPal Goods and Services (winner pays fees) based on what you chose during registration.
AM PAYOUTS have the choice of the following:
Redeemed at the Olathe store before the end of the year
Online code to be used at my webstore maverickdiscgolf.com. If you choose the webstore, it will charge you shipping and sales tax on what is beyond the payout code.
As a reminder, All Recreational and Junior are player pack and trophy only with no additional payout. (MA3, FA3, and all Juniors)

My goal is to have the 'official' results posted to the PDGA within 24 hours.

The course rules for heritage is saying hole 4 is a par 2 I assume this is a typo?
