The format as of today, 1/11/21, is 2-rounds on shotgun start. This potentially will change if COVID regulations change. Pro and men's/mixed Advanced Divisions will play on Saturday, All Women (except pro), Intermediate and Rec will play Sunday.

Approximately 9am - 12pm Round 1 on Shotgun times with holes randomly assigned to players within a division.

Approximately 12pm - 1:30pm Lunch break. Actual lunch break times start when the last score card is turned in and lasts for one hour.

Approximately 1:30pm Round 2 will start as a shotgun. Hole assignments likely will change as the second round is cards are ordered by score within a division.

Approximately 5pm Finalizing tournament scores.
During this time if there are ace prizes to still be awarded we will do a modified CTP throw off game.

Last is the awards and prizes. Pro divisions will get a check or PayPal, Am divisions will get merchandise credit for goods sold by Maverick Disc Golf. Preferred to be used onsite, but can also be used at MaverickDiscGolf.com.

Player pack for amateurs will include: Innova tournament stamped disc (will have 2020's date on them) and a pair of joggers (exact style is still being worked on). Recreational divisions are player pack and trophy only. Advanced and Intermediate divisions will have additional payout beyond player packs for those that place well. No player pack for Pro divisions as there is a minimum of $750 added cash to payouts.

Maverick Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. DGScene and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Refunds 7 days or more will receive full entry fee (not processing fees) refunded. Refund requests from 6 days before up until 24 hours before the event (7 am Friday) will receive refunds less a $5 handling fee. No refunds will be issued after 7 am Friday. No call, no show at event will forfeit player pack and refund. Late arrival after the player meeting has started could cause you to be scratched from the event. Waitlist policy: If you are on the wait list and don't get in, you'll get a full refund less the $1.34 paid to dgscene for their fees. When an opening becomes available, it is filled from the waitlist first. If you are on the waitlist, you can request a refund at any time and get a full refund less the $1.34. Once you are on the normal registration list, the above applies as long as it is before registration ends. When registration closes, and you are still on the waitlist, you can either show up to see if you get in, or not, it's up to you. Either way, if you don't get in, you'll receive a full refund, less the $1.34.
