    Player check in at the course you start at. At this time Pool A will start at Earhart and Pool B will start at Jackson Park. If total registration is 90 or below, both Pools will start at Jackson.

    Round 3. If greater than 91 players are registered we will play Round 3 on tee times. The order of tee times will be Juniors, Recreational, Intermediate, Advanced Age Protected, Advanced, Open. If 90 or fewer players are registered we will play Round 3 as a shotgun start starting at 9am.

Three rounds total. Two rounds on Saturday shot gun start, one round on Sunday on tee times. Each pool plays one round Jackson Park and two rounds at Earhart DGC.

MJ12 / FJ12 Will play one round per day instead of all three rounds like the rest of the field. They will play Jackson Park Saturday morning, not play Saturday afternoon, then Earhart Sunday morning.

The amateur player pack is valued at $63 retail. Each amateur will receive a Prodigy Disc stainless steel retriever pole, a disc, and a large sticker.

The tournament discs are:

400 Stryder - Stable midrange
400 D1 - Overstable distance
400 H7 - Understable distance
400 M2 - Stable midrange
400 Air D4 - Understable lightweight distance

This will be a "True Amateur" event as the player pack will exceed the cost of entry.

Intermediate, Recreational, Junior, and age-protected Amateur divisions will be player pack and trophy only.

MA1 and FA1 will have an additional amateur payout to the top 10% to top 20% max which will be redeemable either at Maverick's Olathe, KS store or the online store. No payout is planned onsite at this time. Those divisions will also receive the planned player pack and trophy or trophies.

Refund policy

Maverick Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. DGScene and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Refunds 7 days or more will receive full entry fee (not processing fees) refunded. Refund requests from 6 days before up until registration closes will receive refunds less an $8 handling fee. No refunds will be issued after registration closes. No call, no show at event will forfeit player pack and refund. Late arrival after the player meeting has started could cause you to be scratched from the event. Waitlist policy: If you are on the wait list and don't get in, you'll get a full refund less the $1.34 paid to dgscene for their fees. When an opening becomes available, it is filled from the waitlist first. If you are on the waitlist, you can request a refund at any time and get a full refund less the $1.34. Once you are on the normal registration list, the above applies as long as it is before registration ends. When registration closes, and you are still on the waitlist, you can either show up to see if you get in, or not, it's up to you. Either way, if you don't get in, you'll receive a full refund, less the $1.34.
