    Start of Round 1. Pool A at Earhart, Pool B at Jackson main course

    12:00pm - 1:30pm

    One hour lunch break. Very tentative. May be longer depending on coordination of TD's work.

    1:00pm - 2:00pm

    Approximate start time for Round 2. Actual start times will be posted here on the dgscene event page under Comments tab and on the Facebook event page and on the PDGA event page.
    It is likely that each pool would start at a different time.
    Pool A is at Jackson, Pool B is at Earhart

    Round 3 on tee times at Earhart. Awards and payouts will be done as each division finishes throughout the day.

    Last tee time will be 1:30 pm. I'm expecting the rounds to be about 4 hours because the course will be set extra long for Sunday.

    The tentative order of groups will be:

Three rounds, two days.
On Saturday, one round at Earhart DGC (Lake course) and one round at Jackson. Earhart will be set shorter. Both Saturday rounds will be shotgun. Pool A (except MA50) will be playing the Blue (longer) pads, Pool B the White (shorter) pads.

On Sunday, one round at Earhart on longs. The Sunday round will be tee times. Pool A (except MA50) is still on Blue pads, Pool B on White pads.

The likely order will be this but may change depending on division sizes.

Refund policy

Maverick Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. DGScene and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Refunds 7 days or more will receive full entry fee (not processing fees) refunded. Refund requests from 6 days before up until registration closes (6pm Thursday) will receive refunds less a $5 handling fee. No refunds will be issued after registration closes. No call, no show, will forfeit player pack and refund.

Waitlist policy: If you are on the wait list and don't get in, you'll get a full refund less the $1.34 paid to dgscene for their fees. When an opening becomes available, it is filled from the waitlist first. If you are on the waitlist, you can request a refund at any time and get a full refund less the $1.34. Once you are on the normal registration list, the above applies as long as it is before registration ends. When registration closes, and you are still on the waitlist, you will automatically receive a refund.
