About this tournament
This will be a PDGA C-Tier and NEFA Points event. This event is limited to players who are eligible to play in age-protected divisions only.
We will make use of the PDGA live scoring. Cards will shuffle between rounds one and two based on place. An announcement will be made by email and at tournament central to indicate round 2 start time. Hole assignments as well as round two start time will be updated on the PDGA tournament site.
NEFA points are only for divisions - MP40, MP50, MP60, FP40, MA40, MA50, MA60, FA40, FA50, FA60 and theses points will be for the 2024 season.
Layouts
All Pro and MA40, MA50 will play the Yellow (long) Layout
MA55 and older, FA40 and older will play the Red (Short) layout
Pros will be playing for cash and Am's will be paid out in Disc Golf 978 Credit.
The Am player Pack will consist of a $20 "Pick your Own Player Pack credit. This mans that a $20 credit to Disc Golf 978 will be added to your account. This can be used at the tournament, on-line or in-store. All credit to Disc Golf 978 never expires.

Refund policy
Disc Golf 978 is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
All refunds will be dispersed in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual Section 1.03.
Players who officially request to withdraw at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of their entry fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled at the time of the withdrawal, you will receive a 50% refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash monetary refund ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled at the time of the withdrawal, you will receive a 25% refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
