Marion Disc Golf Club BYOP Fundraiser
About this tournament
Hello everyone, we hope you're all doing well during this time! The Marion Disc Golf Club would like to invite you to our first BYOP Fundraiser! This event will be 2 rounds of Doubles golf at Sawyer Ludwig Disc Golf Course, here in Marion.
The First round will be "Best Shot" Doubles and the Second Round will be "Alternate Shot" Doubles. Entry fee for each team is $50 ($25 per player).
Registration will begin at 7:45 a.m. at the Shelter House by holes 4/5. We will tee off for the First Round at 9:30 a.m. Once the last card makes it back in, we'll have a short break for Lunch. After the break, the Second Round will begin shortly. Following the Second Round, we'll begin awarding the Prizes/CTP's/Raffle items.
If a player purchases Mulligans ($10), they will have 5 Mulligans per round (only 1 may be used per hole). Mulligans CANNOT transfer to the Second Round!
The CTP Frenzy will go for BOTH ROUNDS
In regards to the payout, we'll be paying out 50% of the registration and keeping the other 50% for the Club. These funds will further help us reach our goals for the Marion Open this September, as well as, improvements to the course!
We will be having a 50/50 drawing, Raffle Items (Some pretty sweet prizes), and a CTP Frenzy! There will be numerous opportunities to win something! :) The winning team will have an automatic entry into the Marion Open this year within their 1st Place prize!
As we get closer to the Event, we'll begin to start releasing some of the prizes that will be up for grabs on our Facebook! (CTP's and Raffle Items)
In lieu of COVID-19, we must follow Federal/State/Local Guidelines in order to make this Event possible. Please make sure to avoid large groups and social distance wherever/whenever possible. If you're feeling sick leading up to the Event, please withdraw yourself. A refund will be issued to you, after the Event.
