This year Disc Baron will be handling payouts for us. As more details come in we will let you know.

Here is what we do know:

PDGA C Tier

I need you to check in with me at the pavilion near Basket 9 so I can check you into the PDGA digital score card. Failure to check in with me before 0815 you will forfeit your spot.


2 Rounds of 18

This layouts maybe altered if the work being done near 14s basket, along 15. As soon as we know we will let you know.

I will also post a "Players Meeting" closer to the event

Round 1:

Holes 1-10, 13-16, 19, 25-27

Long pads: All Professional division's, MA1, MA40, MA2, FA1

Short pads: MA3,FA2,FA3,MA50


Round 2: (Tournament Central will move to the Pavilion near tee pad 26)

Holes 10-27

Long pads: All Professional division's, MA1, FA1

Short pads: MA40, MA2, MA3, FA2, FA3


NO Cashless registration

MINIMUM OF 3 PER DIVISION (WOMEN AND Jr's excluded) I will add any division based on this.

10 Max on the PAID wait list (if needed)

CHECK IN BEFORE 0815 OR YOUR SPOT WILL BE FORFEITED

You can change your division yourself, no need to post about it.

Payouts:

Payouts will be provided using the standard PDGA payout scale. Amateur payouts will be provided by Disc Baron in the form of coupons/vouchers to Disc Baron online store www.discbaron.com. Coupons/vouchers will be distributed via email after the event is complete. Payouts must be claimed online or at the Disc Baron Mobile Store. Day of Payouts will not be available. Winners will have until 6/13/21 to redeem their payout. Coupons/vouchers must be used in one transaction and no change will be provided.

ANY AND ALL CASH WINNINGS WILL BE PAID OUT VIA PAYPAL

PDGA Digital Scorecard will be utilized for not only your score card but a way to communicate when round 1 and 2 will tee off. I believe the digital score card won't be visible until a couple days before the event.

The digital score card will let you know of CTP's and any OB's.

With the COVID 19 precautions there will be NO GATHERING of people check in is staggered over 45 minutes. Please wear a mask if and when your not able to social distance.

Player's Packs:

Given the status of 2021 and availability of discs and products for Players Packs, a standard Players Pack will not be available. Disc Baron will supply a free item or coupon/voucher to players

Disc Baron Events:

We are pleased to be working with Disc Baron this year for all of our sanctioned events. Disc Baron is well known in Michigan for his elite events and outstanding customer service. A minimum of 5 events must be played to qualify for the end of the series payouts. Series Payouts will be issued via no later than 10-1-21. Pro Divisions will be via PayPal and Am Divisions via Email. (This may be adjusted based upon additional events) Lucky for you the Motor City Chain Gang is doing FOUR events with him and there are others not too far away! There is a $3 series fee per player and the standard PDGA fee's (they vary from $2-5 based on tier) these will be your only deductions.
