About this tournament

All amateur players will receive a custom stamped event disc and the rest will be in payout to FlightFactoryDiscs.com. (This may change depending on the number of signups)

Pro Payout will be 100% gross payout (Bay County Disc Golf Inc. covering all green fees and PDGA fees for pros).

Am Payout will be 100% net payout (after green fees, PDGA fees, and player's pack value) provided in form of a voucher for flightfactorydiscs.com. We are targeting a $15 per player payout.

80% of net proceeds will be going to a local charity supporting veterans.

Layouts are as follows (subject to change)
Three rounds - first/second/third
FA3/FA4/MA4/MJ15 - red/red/red
All other divisions - blue/white/red

Sponsorship Opportunities (donations to and through Bay County Disc Golf Inc. are tax deductible) -
"Honor a Vet" - Add a veteran you know to a poster that we will give with our donation.
"Personal Tee Sign" - Add your name to a sign on one of the holes at Majette for the event
"Commerical Tee Sign" - Add your company logo to a tee sign on one of the holes at Majette for the event

At least 80% of all net sponsorship (removing the cost of signage) will be donated to a local charity in support of veterans. The remainder will be used to offset costs associated with running this event incurred by Bay County Disc Golf Inc.

Refund policy

Bay County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations and will be handled in accordance with the PDGA refund policy 1.03 in the Competition Manual.

All withdrawals may be subject to a handling fee to not exceed $10.

Raffle tickets and sponsorships are non-refundable.

Withdrawal refunds (minus handling fee)
> 30 days prior - 100%
15-29 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, 50% if not or player's pack pickup
< 14 days prior - 100% if spot is filled by someone else, 50% if not or player's pack pickup
48 hours prior - no refund, player's pack pickup available
No show - no refund, no player's pack

If a division is vacated due to lack of participation, all participants will be notified and allowed to either change divisions or receive a 100% refund with no handling fee within 72 hours of the change of division notification.
