About this tournament

Welcome to the 5th Anniversary of the Maine Disc Golf Tour! Back for the second year in a row, we kick off our tour season at Pineland Farms located in New Gloucester, Maine.

New for 2020, we've added (5) PDGA events to our tour schedule. Beginning with our first B-Tier being the "Season Opener Powered By Prodigy Disc". A minimum of $750 added cash to the pro divisions, and a Prodigy player's pack for the amateurs. Additional packs will be available for purchase.

Pineland Farms offers us two great courses to play from. The Patriot- current disc golf layout measures more than 7,100′ with large elevation and turtleback greens on several holes. Precision and length needed to score well. Several holes feature pinched fairways and small landing areas. The finishing holes return to the center and the marketplace. The Minuteman- designed with both beginners and advanced players in mind. The course plays through some wooded fairways, hay fields, and the rolling hills that New Gloucester is known for. Much shorter than the Patriot, providing lots of Ace runs.

All players will have an opportunity to play each course. We will seperate divisions based on flow, TBD.

There will be a Closest To Pin prize on each of the 36 holes. As a player drives their shot closer to the pin than the last, they will write their name down on the card provided. A random order of who picks a prize is generated before the tournament.

There will be a ceremony at the end of the day. Trophies will be awarded to players who finish in the top 3, per division.

Lunch options: players can dine inside the Pineland Market and enjoy a variety of options.

All PDGA B-Tier rules will be in play. With only the Tournament Director having the final say. Any questions, comments, concerns please dont hesitate to reach out.

Best of luck and have a great season!
