Hello! Thank you for your inquire. It is a C tier at Eugene Mahoney State park. If you shoot over your rating it will go up or if tou shoot under your rating it may go down. It’s all depends on how many tournaments you’ve played.‘it’s all a mathematical equation they use to come up with your rating. There is hardly any snow and it’s going to be in the mid 40s all week here in Nebraska. Come tournament time it’s gonna be over 50. Thank you
