What is the weather policy for the tournament? While rain isn't an issue, the predicted thunderstorms can be.

Hey Beth - unfortunately the tournament was set to close on the date listed in Disc Golf Scene...so that MVP had time to ship out the players packs. This policy was implemented by MVP since this is their tournament. Thank you

Requested a Refund 4-Days back. Haven't heard anything yet? Got confused since its an Am only event but is across the whole nation.

There is not. I am just hired as the TD for the event.
