Any info on the 2022 AM signups?

Dates listed on the above link. See you in September!

Brandon Kohl    June 11, 2021 at 2:22pm

Why is this so far away on the calendar from the MPO and FPO? Is it always like that?

Tony Stolo   June 11, 2021 at 2:29pm

COVID probably made things screwy, in years past it was the weekend before

Marissa Smith   June 11, 2021 at 2:33pm

From what I heard it’s because the winners of AM side get invites to play in open weekend and it’s usually hard for them to be around for two weekends in a row so this gives them the opportunity to play.

Aaron Calkins    April 15, 2021 at 10:54am

Hey Steve, just curious if we are going to stick to the normal tee times if there is several inches of snow on the tee pads Friday morning?

Tony Stolo   April 15, 2021 at 11:08am

I’d be surprised if tee times changed this late with the number of people playing

Aaron Calkins   April 15, 2021 at 11:09am

Was thinking the same thing but snowy tee pads could be dangerous

Steve Dodge   April 15, 2021 at 12:25pm

We will do our best to stick to tee times, unlike the snow on the tee pads.

Peter Heidlauf    April 14, 2021 at 7:14pm

Is there a "course notes" or tournament-specific rulebook available anywhere detailing OB & DZs for this tournament?

Tony Stolo   April 15, 2021 at 11:07am

That will be discussed during your players meeting

Daniel A Trauger    April 12, 2021 at 9:31pm

I would also like to know if spectators are allowed if social distancing requirements are followed

Peter Heidlauf   April 13, 2021 at 2:15pm

I've seen that other division's players can caddy. Is there any update on non-player caddies or spectators?

Antonio Albert    April 12, 2021 at 4:27pm

The most recent MA Covid restrictions on gathering states that outdoor events can have 150 people gathered. Would this allow a caddy?

Tony Stolo   April 14, 2021 at 2:52pm

Steve has said that caddy's are allowed so long as they are masked and follow PDGA guidelines

Antonio Albert   April 14, 2021 at 3:50pm

Awesome, thank you for responding

Bryan Duncan    April 12, 2021 at 2:22pm

If we have purchased the camping for 3 days and decide to change our plans due to weather, will we get a refund?

Spencer Vid    April 11, 2021 at 6:48pm

Are camping spots close to or right next to the course?

Alex Vigeant   April 11, 2021 at 9:02pm

Yes

Jeff Russell    April 9, 2021 at 1:48pm

I thought I saw something about a travel form needing to be completed before the tournament, is this correct? If so where do we find the form?

Awesome thank you guys!

Sam Doyle   April 9, 2021 at 4:10pm

I read it as nothing is required. Everything is an advisory now. It isn't like before where you are required. Everywhere I look it is a suggestion. Probably a good one, but I don't see it as a requirement.

Bryan Duncan   April 9, 2021 at 5:38pm

MA no long requires quarantine. Just follow CDC social distance guides.

Nicholas Eori    April 8, 2021 at 11:33pm

would there be a refund to those on the waitlist who dont get one of the 4 spots on thursday?

Joel Dewhurst   April 9, 2021 at 2:43pm

You get $100 back, Steve mentioned it in an email

Nicholas Eori   April 10, 2021 at 11:39am

righteous thanks joel

Bob mason    April 8, 2021 at 10:47pm

Was just curious when tee times will be posted

Steve Dodge   April 9, 2021 at 11:43am

If you sign up and are waitlisted, do you still get a players pack?

Louie juarez    April 1, 2021 at 6:33pm

If I’m in the writing list and couldn’t get in, do I still get my players pack??

Not unless you get in through the qualifier

Steve Dodge   April 1, 2021 at 11:59pm

Correct. If you are in the writing list, you get a different prize. :-)

Steve Dodge   April 2, 2021 at 12:00am

Also, MVP will be selling player packs (which are a little different/better) than the Am Side packs through their online store on April 6th.

Jacob Liss    March 31, 2021 at 5:16pm

Will you be allowing requests for later tee times on Friday like last year?

Tony Stolo   March 31, 2021 at 5:31pm

Yes Steve mentioned this in one of the information emails that were sent out

Jacob Liss   April 1, 2021 at 12:39pm

I cant find it. Are you allowed to book times yet?

Tony Stolo   April 1, 2021 at 6:42pm

He sent an email today with the request form

Sam Doyle    March 29, 2021 at 4:24pm

Last question, I promise! What do you need from us when it comes to Covid Restrictions? Mass just ended their mandate for forms for people coming from outside the state. Do you need a form or anything when we sign in or we just taking the advisory as is? Just so I know what to bring with me.

When you travel to MA, please follow all of the current MA guidelines. Link to them is on the webpage.

For the camp sites available, can my non-competing spouse and/or dog camp along?

Steve Dodge   March 22, 2021 at 2:39am

Yes, $10/night/person https://www.maplehilldiscgolf.com/store/p3900/Rustic_Camping.html

Steve Dodge   March 22, 2021 at 2:39am

Dogs are on a 3 strike policy. You are fully responsible for the dog and it is not allowed on the course during tournament play.

Sam Doyle    March 19, 2021 at 2:54pm

I just saw that the players check in is on Thursday, I have to work Thursday and I am driving up Thursday night. Won't be in the area until after 5pm. Is there a way to possibly check in on Friday morning? Or many Facetime Check in...

Steve Dodge   March 19, 2021 at 6:38pm

Yes. There will be a virtual check-in.

Michael Panna    March 15, 2021 at 5:53pm

Hey, Steve. I'm just wondering more about the player pack (specifically what the bag is) since this link is not working https://www.maplehilldiscgolf.com/mvp-open---am-side---102-4.html#PlayerPack

Let me know if you can. No worries if not! Thanks for organizing.

Here is the correct page link: https://www.maplehilldiscgolf.com/mvp-open---am-side.html

Steve Dodge   March 15, 2021 at 10:42pm

Where did you get your link so I can fix it?

Michael Panna   March 15, 2021 at 11:44pm

Understood, I'll enjoy the suspense! That link is right on the main page (the one you just linked above) on the Player Packs & Payouts button, top right next to Register and Schedule.
