If the weather gets to bad we will cancel the play of the event.

Don’t have to stay for awards but if you leave you will be responsible for pick up or shipping of the item(s).

Refund policy

Rec Rob is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Any cancellations inside two weeks with not be receiving a refund.

Any cancellations made after the registration is closed will NOT receive a refund. Player will be responsible for either selling there slot or paying for shipping or making arrangements for pick up of player pack.
