The Circuit Challenge is back, brought to you the organizers of the Wednesday Night Marilyn Bell Park Glow League!
Be the first to get your hands on three brand new prototype discs from the MVP family of brands before their general release to the public by playing in a Circuit Challenge!
Date: Wednesday, August 14th, 2024
Location: Marilyn Bell Park DGC
Time:
6:30-7:00 PM (Registration / Disc Pick-Up)
7:00-9:30 PM (SHOTGUN START - 2 x 9H)
EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE!
Registration Opens June 13th. Registration will CLOSE at 11:59 PM on Wednesday, August 7th.
What will I receive?
MVP FISSION WATT (2/5/-0.5/0.5)
Neutral to stable putter for laser straight lines. Offered for the first time in Fission plastic
STREAMLINE ECLIPSE ECHO (5/5/-0.5/1)
Straight flying midrange with fantastic feel. Offered for the first time in Eclipse plastic
AXIOM PRISM NEUTRON TRANCE (8/5/-1/1.5)
Reliable, slightly understable fairway driver. Great for both low power and high power players
DISCS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP ON SITE AT MARILYN BELL PARK DGC ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 14th, 2024.
All proceeds will go towards Wednesday MBP Glow League CTP prizing for the season.
Eligibility
All are welcome to come out to play but for your score to count, to be eligible for prizing, you must have registered for the MVP Circuit Challenge at MBP and use the provided MVP discs.
Scoring
Shotgun start & players will complete 2 x 9H rounds (18 holes total) with all scoring logged on uDisc.
Tie-Break
In the event of a tie, there will be a closest to the pin throw-off between all tied players using Hole #1.
Prizes will be available for lowest score and highest score as well as at least one (1) CTP on every hole!
Miscellaneous
Baskets will be lit and glow tape will be provided if the event ends in darkness.
Disc Golfer’s Code
1) PLAY SMART – Never throw into a blind area or when players, spectators, pedestrians, or other facility users are within range. Use a spotter.
2) RESPECT THE COURSE – Observe all posted rules. No littering, graffiti, or abuse of equipment or flora.
3) REPRESENT THE SPORT – Be positive and responsible. Teach others.
