Ice Bowl charity tournament to benefit Culpeper Food Closet. All are welcome, $30 registration for Pros and Advanced, $25 for Intermediate and below/juniors, $5 discount for 2018 Mountain Run DGC members, non-PDGA member fee ($10) is waived. This is a PDGA-sanctioned X-Tier singles tournament; all PDGA official tournament rules will be followed, but mulligans will be sold to support our charity (100% of mulligans donated to CFC). Mulligans will be sold the morning of the event. As an X-Tier, scores will be reported to PDGA, but will not affect ratings (good or bad). Come join in the fun, rain/snow/ice or shine! Time to play!

Hi Adam - I've done some research to try and figure this out, and I'm pretty sure the answer is no. I'll ask PDGA for the official ruling. What I do know is that scores I reported since this is a PDGA sanctioned event, but the scores do not affect your rating.
i have not looked it up nor asked the pdga but i suspect you do get points just no ratings.
Rounds are not rated, but players will receive points based on the order of finish like a regular C Tier.
