What tier are the MPT tournaments?

MPT are not PDGA Sanctioned but use all PDGA Rules except what you can drink or smoke etc. You will not get PDGA points for MPT Tourneys BUT you will get MPT Points for Year End Awards and possibly qualifying for the Championship although that changed to Playing in 4 Events last year and it seemed to help fill MPT Championship Weekend.
