CENTRAL VALLEY SERIES SINGLES EVENT - START OF THE CVS SERIES. 2024-2025.
YOU CAN SPONSOR US:
Hole sponsorships are available for players who wish to support the event; $25 in addition to your registration fees will buy you a tee sign featuring the graphic and/or text of your choosing!
GENERAL SPONSORSHIPS:
Are available to non-participating supporters and are offered at $25 - although any level of support or donation is welcomed and greatly appreciated (event support, raffle items, volunteered time). Non-participating sponsors will buy you a tee sign featuring the graphic and/or text of your choosing and take home after the event is over.
REMEMBER - SMALL PARKING LOT - CARPOOL IF POSSIBLE - BE EARLY IS BEST.
WE WILL ALL BE MEETING AT THE COURTYARD BY THE BATHROOMS.
A-Pool : ALL PRO DIVISIONS, MA1, MA40 - may move around pending div sizes.
B-Pool : ALL Other FA - MA Div.
We would like to see at Least 3 in the DIV. We will be removing divisions if no entries as we get closer to the event timeline.
Pro payouts paid via Paypal - 40%
Am payouts paid via OTB SCRIP - 40-45% of each div.
JRS Will be playing for prizes/selection of discs/items + Trophies.
PASS THRU FEES ($5 Total - included in registration):
$3 CVS FEE
$2 TD fee, Event support fee

Refund policy
MADG - Modesto Area Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Withdraws/refunds requested on or before 11/01/2024 are guaranteed a full refund (registration fees minus DG Scene/PayPal fees).
Withdraws/refunds requested 11/02-11/08 will receive a full refund (registration fees minus DG Scene/PayPal fees) only if their spot is filled from the waitlist. Unfilled withdraws will receive a 50% monetary refund or amateur player's pack.
Withdraws/refunds requested on 11/09/2024 will receive a full refund with a handling fee only if their spot is filled from the waitlist. Unfilled withdraws will receive a 25% monetary refund or amateur player's pack. A $10 handling fee will be applied to all withdraw/refund requests on 11/09/24.
Refunds requested after 11/09/2024 - Players who request withdrawal are not entitled to a refund. Your registration fees will be donated to the event and no refunds will be given.
