About this tournament
4 rounds of play
This AM only A-tier is capped at 144 players to ensure quality of the event and a favorable player experience. LAST YEAR THIS EVENT SOLD OUT AND WE HAD TO TURN PLAYERS AWAY SO PLEASE REGISTER EARLY! The registration is PRE-PAY ONLY with all offered AM divisions entry fees of $69 which includes a huge 7+ item player pack with a retail value of $75++. / Plus great payouts to the top 1/3 of each division. The entry fee includes the 'pay to play fee' of $6 charged by Hudson Mills.
The layout will be as follows:
AM1 = Long Tees on both courses
AM2 = Long Tees Original Course & Short Tees Monster Course
All other divisions = Short Tees on both courses
Saturday is 2 rounds of 18 holes & Sunday is 1 round of 24 holes & then a final 9 for the top 33% of each division
Current plan layout:
AM1 / AM2/ & AM4 will play Original 18/ Original 18/ Monster 24 In which AM1 will play all Long Pads, AM 4 will play all Short pads & AM2 will play Short pads on the Monster and Long pads on the Original / then AM1 & AM2 will play a Final 10 of Original Longs of holes 3, 4, 5, A thru F & 6 which takes you in a circle back to hole 3's tee pad & AM 4 will play a Final 9 of Original Shorts of 2, then to 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, & 17 which takes you back in a circle close to 2's tee pad.
AM3 & AM Women & AM Master will play Monster 18/ Monster 18/ Original 24 & then a Final 9 for AM3 & AM Women of Original Shorts of 2, then to 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, & 17 which takes you back in a circle close to 2's tee pad / AM Master will have a Final 10 of Original Longs of holes 3, 4, 5, A thru F & 6 which takes you in a circle back to hole 3's tee pad
2 rounds on Saturday & 1 round on Sunday & then a final 9 on Sunday (the final 9 is only for the top 33% (plus ties) of each division). / Besides the player pack which will far exceed your entry fee there is also generous payouts to the top 33% of each division and sponsored trophies. CTP's & Ace Pool are for rounds 1,2,& 3 / no Ace Pool or CTP is extended to the Final 9.
Both days pay to play fees are included in your paid entry fee however gate entry parking fees based on per vehicle cost are not part of the entry fee for there is no way to incorporate that cost evenly to players since many have annual parking passes, car pooling etc... / 2018 Annual parking passes good for 4 disc golf parks of Hudson, Willow, Kensington, & Stony Creek & 9 other non disc golf Metroparks are only $35 which more than pays for itself if you just visit any of those 13 parks just 4 times throughout the year.

Refund policy
MOB Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancelations. Refunds are handled via PDGA guidelines and those guidelines will be strictly enforced due to the high value of player packs (which retail value far exceeds entry fee) that will be mailed to players the week following the event for those who can not make the event.
All refunds will be handled by PDGA guidelines which is a partial refund as stated below unless your spot is filled by another player. PDGA guidelines state
"E.Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% cash refund."
