This email is to reiterate the items stated on Sunday's Email and I updated the layout portion of the email. It is possible we get some snow Friday night, if anyone is able to help shovel tee pads early we would greatly appreciate the extra hands! We are excited about the 19th Annual MHDGC Ice Bowl this Saturday and I hope you are too!
I want to cover a few things about the Ice Bowl this weekend at Fehringer Ranch:
1: This is a PDGA Sanctioned event, so no alcohol or substances are allowed to be consumed during the round. We needed insurance to reserve the course(Thank you Foothills Parks and Recreation for the waived Permit Fee) and the cheapest easiest way to do that is sanction the event, and fortunately the PDGA has a program where the sanctioning and per player fees are waived for charity events. This is an X Tier, rounds are NOT rated, you are getting PDGA points which can count toward qualifying for PDGA worlds and point total, that is all.
2. Check in no less than 15 minutes before your tee time so we can keep things smooth! The registration cut off for a full player pack was January 19th, this means we have 100 player packs in full to hand out. Those who were after the date or 100 people I am seeing what I can get together as a token of our appreciation for playing the event.
3. No groups were below the 3 player minimum, and no moves needed to be made as of today. If you are not going to make it please let me know so I can ensure we have no group issues.
4. Mulligans: (You all start with 5 just for registering) If you bought mulligans, fundraised any amount to bring or collected them via our online portal HERE (3 mulligans for every $25 raised), Or any other listed method on the event page, I will have those organized and told to you and your card at start time.
5. Layout:OB: Property Boundaries, Creeks and Roads and beyond are Safe(may snow and make tassels not visible for all groups playing, for the sake of consistency and charity, just going to keep it easy.

6. CTPs: Every group will have 1 hole for a CTP, the Winner will get to choose a disc from our donated pile(Thank you MHDGC, members, and Disc Revolution for your donations)! Our CTP hole will be hole 6, so battle it out!
7. The only costs taken out of registration are the player packs and trophies, EVERY single dime remaining goes to the Food Bank of the Rockies, there are no payouts, just a trophy for first place winners! Thank you all for making this possible!!
8. Ties for 1st: If there is a tie for 1st, congratulations you are the co-Winners! Unless all winners are present who are tied(unlikely with tee time format) the person who collected the most funds to the food bank will receive the trophy, if thats a tie, then I will let you battle it out how you see fit. (Remember, this is for charity)
I want to thank Josh Kreutzer and Ray Woodruff for being my trusty helpers!
I want to thank Leonard Miller, Dain Eric Cunningham, Leo Miller, and anyone else who helped all the Winter Warriors events go so smoothly leading us up to this point and giving us a great headstart to our final fundraising total! These Winter Warriors fought many conditions this year and your efforts do not go unnoticed!
I think I have most of the details covered and ready to go here, please reach out with any questions and I will happily be there to clarify!
