About this tournament
Merced Disc Golf Club
is proud to host the
Merced CVS 2025 presented by DGA and Sierra Disc Golf Co.
Water/Player Aid stations will be located at multiple locations across the course.
1 restrooms will also be located on the course.
Food Vendors will be available on site.
Sierra Disc Golf Co. and multiple other vendors will be on site with pop up shops!
There will be a Raffle for some amazing prizes, a Ring of Fire Throw-down, and a CTP shootout before the awards: if the Ace Pot is not hit the ace pot will be split and 50% will go to the end of the tournament CTP Shootout/ the other 50% will be donated to the club.
Trophies will be given for First, Second, and Third Place for each division if applicable.
The following divisions are TROPHY ONLY: AM3, AM4, MJ18, MJ10, FJ18, FJ10
Pro Payout through Paypal.
AM Payout will be through Sierra Disc Golf Co. and sent VIA email up to 1 week after the event.
Player Packs and Payout will be provided by Sierra Disc Golf Co. and DGA
~Use of Limited Exceptions~
Our team will ensure that the use of limited exceptions (hole sponsorships & volunteers) meets the criteria and intent established by 1.02 in the PDGA competition manual. The number of players gaining entry into the event using these exceptions will not exceed 33% of the field.

Refund policy
Merced County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Sponsorship Fees will not be refunded but are transferable upon request.
Partial refunds will be given per PDGA requirements (section 1.03, see details below).

A $5 fee will be charged to all players who withdraw in addition to the percentages below. Please request refunds via the link in your registration email, the withdraw button on the Players tab for the tournament, or via email to the TD contact email ([email redacted]). Refunds requested via the disc golf scene comments will not be honored.
Updated Refund Policy:
A. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event before February 20, 2025 (30 days prior to the event) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
B. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between February 20 and March 6, 2025 (15 to 29 days prior to registration closing) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $5 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, there will be a 50% monetary refund.
C. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event after March 7, 2025 (14 days prior) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, there will be a 25% monetary refund.
D. Players who do not officially request to withdraw from a registered spot in the event prior to March 14, 2025 (when registration closes) forfeit their entry fee and do not receive a refund or player’s pack.
