MCH Foundation 5th Annual Fundraiser; presented by Precision Anesthesia

This is the 5th Annual Morris County Hospital Foundation Fundraiser Tourney, presented by Precision Anesthesia.
This years event and the MCH Foundation goal is to raise funds to purchase a 3D Mammography Machine for the Morris County Hospital. These machines are exceptional advancements in the field of Women's health and early detection of Breast Cancer. Who doesn't want to help promote healthy boobies!?

Entry Fee Distribution: $30 to payout, $10 to the MCH Foundation, $10 Player Pack disc (any overage after PP discs are purchased will also go to the MCH Foundation).
There will be a MINIMUM of $500 ADDED CASH that will be distributed evenly between divisions (based on field size). Please note that this event needs to fill/close to fill in order to have the complete $500 (or more) added cash

First 48 players (24 teams registered) will receive an Event Stamped Opto Glimmer FUSE! This event will technically cap at 24 Teams, as this is a 12 hole course, however there may be some allowances for added players...within reason.

Course Layout: We will be playing 2 rounds of 12 holes at Fairgrounds Park in CG. 1st round to the "longer" Blue Baskets; 1st 6 holes best shot, 2nd 6 holes alternate shot. 2nd round to the "shorter" Yellow Baskets; 1st 6 holes alternate shot, 2nd 6 holes best shot. The event OB will be much more forgiving than the regular course OB...as this IS a FUNdraiser event.

RAFFLE!! There will be some items up for raffle...prizes are still flowing in, but we do have a Recruit Portable Basket donated by DD (not brand new, but still in good condition), G.O.A.T Towel prize pack and much more to be added. Raffle Tickets will be available at check in and raffle will take place after completion of rounds. (Raffle Proceeds will go to the MCH Foundation)

There is an option to donate to this event, even if you can not play! So. please consider a donation to an amazing cause! (Boobies!)
