About this tournament

Thank you for registering for the 2023 Lums Pond Treeze tournament dedicated to our beloved Karl Jeffery Sweetman (a.k.a. FUDD) who we recently lost.

It looks like we will have some great weather this weekend with perhaps some wet spots on the course. We have a total of 60 competitors this Sunday. Pace of play will be extremely important. Have patience and have fun!

Much of the tournament information will be listed here, and our players meeting will be reserved for some brief comments and questions.

Spotting/Lost Discs – All players are required per the PDGA competition rules to assist with spotting for their fellow competitors. If a player has not located their disc and requires assistance locating, ALL players must assist, and a 3-minute clock MUST be started. After time has expired, the player must return to their previous lie and re-throw with 1 penalty stroke.

Casual Water – all standing water on the course is considered casual unless specified as out-of-bounds (Pond is OB). For casual relief players have the option to mark their lie, without penalty, at the first available spot in the line of play.

Playoffs!!!
In the event of a playoff for first place in any division competitors will play tournament holes 1, 2, 5, 6, then repeat. After hole 6 players will loop back around. Players will flip for starting position, then alternate honors on the tee for the following hole, and repeat.

Other than that, I will see you all bright and early on Saturday morning!
