Register for the tournament like there are openeings. If you don't get in, you will get a full refund.

If my rating go up before the tournament, do I pay the difference and if so do I pay it when I get there?

You are supposed to play the division you rating allows. Keep in mind that there are different divisions playing each day. Your new division might not be the same day as your old division.

From the about section- MA2 play short tees for the first round and long tees the second round. All other divisions play short tees for both rounds.
