Welcome back to more Fun and Affordable disc golf, brought to you by Lowcountry Disc Golf and Team Focus Disc Golf.
We appreciate your continued support as we work long and hard to keep bringing you these Fun and Affordable disc golf events.
As with all of our Fun and Affordable events, there will be no player’s packs and no trophies.
Just disc golf … and a damn good time.
While we try to Stay Focused on the fun in disc golf, we know that not all things in life are fun.
Being hungry is not fun.
So we are again lowering our entry fee to $5 and asking you to bring non perishable food items for our food drive.
We did a food drive last month and I was feeling pretty good about the amount of food that we collected.
We delivered the food to the church and they were very appreciative.
The next day when they opened the food pantry for the public, they gave all the food that we had collected away.
I thought we had collected a good bit of food, but what we collected only lasted 1 day.
We used to do these food drives once a year.
I now realize that we need to do them a lot more often.
So, come out and help us to help our community.
One can of corn at a time, if that’s what it takes.
