About this tournament
Our yearly spring Flex Series is back. Play one event or play all 3 and try to capture a points title in your division.
This year's format will be:
Event #1: Lion's Den Beginner Course - 1 Round, 18 holes all Short Blue Tees
Event #2: Marion Disc Golf Course - 1 Round, 18 holes, original layout, short 7A
Event #3: Lion's Den Beginner Course - 1 Round, 9 holes Short Blues, 9 holes Long Blacks
Championship: Top 4 point overall point earners for the series will qualify for a 9 hole, unsanctioned Skins Match to take place following the conclusion of Event #3 for a minimum of $20 per hole on the line.
Points System listed below, per event:
Registering and Playing: 3 Points (Plus Bonus 3 Points for playing all 3 events)
Finishing Place : Straight PDGA points (example 2 points for each player you beat including yourself)
Win Your Division: 3 Bonus Points (each event)
Course Hot Round: 2 Points to the lowest score on the course that day (each event)
Players Packs for AMS:
Each event players will receive 1 stock stamp premium plastic disc from their choice of manufacturers that the Lions Club has on hand.
AM Payouts:
As this is an XC-Tier in accordance with the PDGA competition endowment program, this is a trophy only event (however, any event where a division has 3 or more players, the winner will receive a swag bag). Trophies will be provided for division points series champions only following the completion of the third event. Players finishing in the top 1-3 places in each division will also receive a swag bag.
Pro Payouts:
Pros will receive 100% payback of entry fees plus any sponsor added cash via paypal at the conclusion of each event, no later than the Monday evening following the event.
