About this tournament
The turkey throwdown has a HUGE waitlist! I have a feeling a lot of other people wanted to play too. Let’s have a smaller doubles event at CtK that day for the people left out. Left-over doubles? Tofurkey throwdown? Whatever you call it, let’s make it fun.
$25 entry fee for every team, $20 to payouts and $5 to the course fund.
$2 ace pot (paid for day of)
$1 mulligans available day of with a max of 4 (1/player first round and 2 for the second round).
The General division is for mixed groups! I can't find the mixed option.
Pros, let's add a little suspense and all flip for partners at 8:30! When you register as a pro register as one person (hence the $12.50)
Check in: 8:00 - 8:30
First round: 8:50 start. Best score doubles from the reds (with a twist)
Lunch
Second round: Starts 45 minutes after last card comes in. Best disc doubles from the blues
The twist with best score doubles is that you won’t be playing with your partner. First round you and your partner will start on different holes with another split up team. Once you complete your round, hand your scorecard in at tourney central and I’ll calculate your score. Second round you will play best shot doubles with that same team. Covid’s been on the rise, so this is my effort to make the best out of a not great situation.
