Join us the day after Thanksgiving for a 2-round PDGA-Sanctioned C-Tier tournament that includes one round of 18 on the Red Course followed by one round of 18 on the par 2 Pitch and Putt Course.

Flex start with tee times between 9am - 12pm.

A wide range of divisions will be available including mixed, women's, age protected, and juniors.

Player packs will be provided for all Ams. Cash payouts to Pros and scrip to Kayak Point DGR Pro Shop for Ams.

TEE TIMES:

Flex start! Tee times are selected during registration and are available every 10 minutes between 9am - 12pm. Cards of 3-4 players can include mixed divisions so you can play with friends! Your 2nd round on the Pitch & Putt Course will be played with the same card mates as round 1. Players will get a brief break between rounds and then will begin round 2.

PAYOUTS:

Pros will receive cash payouts via PayPal. Ams will receive payouts in the form of scrip/credit loaded onto gift cards for the on-site Pro Shop. We will payout the top 45% of Pro divisions and top 50% of Am divisions. Payout details will be shared through our Facebook page and posted in the clubhouse following the event.

PLAYER CHECK-IN:

Players should check-in in the clubhouse at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time.

Amateurs will receive a Player Pack that includes a custom tournament stamped disc from Discmania Discs and more.

ACE POTS:

Current Tournament Ace Pot of $299 rolls over to this event. There is a Tournament Ace Pot cap of $1,000 and once achieved, a backup Tournament Ace Pot is started. If it is not hit during this event, it will roll over to our next tournament in our 2023 lineup ("Simon and Parfunkel" in December).

The Tournament Ace Pot (mentioned above) applies to round 1 on the Red Course only.
Aces on the Pitch & Putt course have a SEPARATE P&P Ace Pot and the player(s) with the most Aces will win that Ace Pot (ties split).

Golf carts will not be available to players during tournament rounds, though they will be available for rent to spectators or for rounds following tournament rounds.

LIVE SCORING:

Scoring will be handled using PDGA Live Scoring at pdga.com/score. The passcode will be provided during check-in.

BREAKFAST & LUNCH OPTIONS:

Aces BBQ will be open in the clubhouse from 9am - 4pm. A selection of breakfast items will be available from 9-11am, and our in-house smoked meats and fresh made sides like cornbread, coleslaw, & smoked potato salad along with their signature in-house made BBQ sauces will be available all day.

WAITLIST:

A waitlist has been enabled for this event. No fee will be collected to add yourself to the waitlist. When a spot opens up, the next person on the waitlist will be promoted to the registered list and will be notified by email. Players who are promoted off the waitlist will have 48 hours to confirm the tee times works for them and make payment in full.

Per PDGA Guidelines: Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% monetary refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus any costs for shipping).
