About this tournament

The Ledgestone Insurance Open is the largest event in the country, boasting the richest purse in the history of the sport. 1236 players will compete in Central Illinois in the third week of August. The 2016 event is proud to be part of the Disc Golf Pro Tour. Amateur players and age protected professional divisions will compete over 3 days of competition, while professional players will compete over 4 days of competition.
Refund policy
Entries cannot be exchanged or transferred to anyone else.
Players cannot pick up player packs for anyone else. Player packs will be made available at the Amateur check-in on Thursday afternoon.
Official withdrawals must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene or to [email redacted]
Any cancellation before June 30th will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee.
Cancellations between July 1st and August 3rd will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee only if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you will get a 50% cash refund.
Cancellations after August 3rd will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you will receive no refund.
Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund.
