Hello I need to change my partner from Shane Donahue to Tyler Klingelhoefer #147325. I attempted to edit it on my own but it wouldn’t allow it I think because the tournament was full? Or maybe it’s too close.

it won't let me select any other division. It is saying they are all full. It's no problem, not a big deal :)

For clarity, the division selection should be based on highest rated player of the two, using PDGA prompts for MA2 as those <935 and MA3 for those <900, correct?

Yes, select the division based on the higher rating of the two.

That is correct, we will update the list after registration opens up to everyone on or around the third week of February.
