About this tournament
Creating Stronger Leaders.
Date: July 27, 2024
Location: Oak Grove Disc Golf Course, Pasadena, California
Time: Tee times start at 8:00 AM with 15-minute intervals between cards
Teams per card: 3 teams per card
Prizes:
- $1000 for Best Overall Score (awarded to the best overall score across all divisions)
- No additional cash payouts. This is a charity event, and all proceeds will benefit Leadership Pasadena Non-Profit (dedicated to making better local leaders). https://www.leadershippasadena.org/
- Normal PDGA payouts from entry fees will be allocated to the top 25% of the field for each division, in the form of merchandise or goods and services from local businesses in Pasadena.
Player's Package:
- Includes a shirt ($25) and a mini ($8) while supplies last. 2 per team. If the shirts run out, a disc will be substituted. Participants cannot opt out of the shirt; a disc will only be supplied if the shirts have run out.
- Park fee, insurance and incidentals will be deducted from the entry fee. The rest of the entry fee will go to the payouts as dictated by PDGA payouts for each division.
Rules:
- Normal PDGA rules apply. Please read them carefully. https://www.pdga.com/rules/official-rules-disc-golf
- Mulligans can be purchased for $5 at any time during your round. Mulligans are only applicable to one player, not the entire team, and you can purchase as many mulligans as you want. Mulligans are included in the overall score. If you throw a bad shot, simply buy a mulligan and try again!
- Requests for team cards may be made but will be allowed at the Tournament Director's (TD) discretion and are not guaranteed.
Additional Activities:
- Cornhole contest
- Raffle
- Disc vendors at the course
- Silent auction
