There will be an electronic player meeting email going out late tonight. Before you go out for the 1st round we will have the Christmas raffle all players will get a ticket when they check in. So do not go out to your assigned hole till after the raffle this way if we have a no show on a threesome card we can address it right there at the free raffle rather than being out at your hole with only 2 players. Thanks

We have our annual gift giving giveaway (will get a free raffle ticket at check in for the gift giving giveaway) with free sponsored prizes on top of the 100% payouts, we are also donating a towel and handwarmers to every player at check in.

Mike, can you please explain to all Open Players your payout math, example you have 12 MPO Players with entry fee of $45 X 12 = $540 collected, you state there is 108% of entry fee payout, again you collected $540 but the projected payout is $480? if you are keeping/pocketing $5 per player then that isn't a 108% payout or in my math wrong? Thank you
We paid $3 per person to Kensington to run the event there (if a player pays $$ to be in an event they should not have to pay extra $$ to the course to play for we feel that should be included in your entry fee) / We paid $2 per person to the PDGA per PDGA fees / We sponsored all the insurance and s ... more
for the Pro Players the math above is identical but they had $40 toward payouts not $30 for their entry fee was $45 not $35 / but with the free sponsored player pack the PDGA has payouts at 108% for $480 ($40 x 12) + $36 for the donated player pack ($3 per person) ($36 is 8% of $480 so 108% payouts ... more
Nice job Mike. You always do more than is required. I for one really appreciate you running these events and getting good payouts. Please know you are appreciated for all the time money and wisdom you put in each event. Thank you very much.
All PDGA Fees have been paid and the PDGA has the final TD report
Thanks to all the players who kept play moving in the rain for the event ran exactly on schedule with the co-success of the staff and players working together and following PDGA rules on speed of play / thanks to you all
