Join us Sunday, September 3rd for Labor Day AMs!

Two rounds of 18 holes played on two of the Nashville Area’s favorite courses, Cane Ridge and Sharp Springs!

This is a one-day, Amateur only, PDGA C-tier tournament.

Since this is shotgun start, the field is limited to 72 players for each pool, for a total of 144 players.

A Pool: Round 1-Sharp Springs, Round 2-Cane Ridge Advanced

B Pool: Round 1-Cane Ridge Advanced (Modified Layout), Round 2-Sharp Springs

Entry Fees:
All Ams - $58

The following fees will be deducted from entry fees.
$2-PDGA fees
$2-permits
$2-TD fees
$2-Course Funds

All players will receive a $25 gift card to Sad Dog Discs for a player’s pack when they check-in at their starting course.

Amateurs will receive payout through Sad Dog Discs.

Sad Dog Discs will be set up at Sharp Springs after the tournament for payout redemption.
Vouchers may be used on tournament day or saved until end of season.

Payout vouchers expire 12/31/23

Ace pool (optional) will be paid thru PayPal.

Pools will start as follows. Divisions may be switched to the other pool to meet demand.

A pool:
Mixed Amateur 1 (MA1)
Mixed Amateur 40+ (MA40)
Mixed Amateur 2 (MA2)

B pool:
Women's Amateur 1 (FA1)
Women Amateur 40+ (FA40)
Mixed Amateur 50+ (MA50)
Mixed Amateur 60+ (MA60)
Women's Amateur 2 (FA2)
Mixed Amateur 3 (MA3)
Women's Amateur 3 (FA3)
Mixed Amateur 4 (MA4)
Women's Amateur 4 (FA4)
Mixed Junior 15 (MJ15)
Girls' Junior 15 (FJ15)

If the division you want is not offered, we are willing to add it. Must have 3 to make a division (except womens and juniors divisions.) If the division you want is full, please get on the waitlist. Pools and divisional caps will be adjusted to meet demand.

Starting hole assignments for round 1 will be set after close of registration.

Per PDGA rules, card assignments for round 1 will be random.

Refund policy

Per PDGA Competition Manual 1.03

Withdrawals requested;

30 days before the start of the event - 100% refund.

15-29 days before the start of the event - 50% (100% if replaced from waitlist.)

less than 15 days before the start of the event - 25% (100% if replaced from waitlist.)

Players who do not show up or fail to withdrawal will receive NO refund.

All withdrawals are subject to a $5 processing fee.

Players who do not get in off of the waitlist will receive a full refund.

Sad Dog Discs is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
