About this tournament

Two round C-Tier for Amateurs only!!
Two rounds played on two of Nashville’s favorite courses, Seven Oaks and Cane Ridge! This is a one day sanctioned PDGA C-tier tournament.
A Pool:
Round 1-Cane Ridge Advanced, Round 2-Seven Oaks
B Pool:
Round 1-Seven Oaks, Round 2-Cane Ridge Short
All AMs will receive a Players Pack.
Players Packs will be picked up at Seven Oaks.
Please check in at tournament central before heading to your starting hole.
Round 2 will begin 1 1/2 hours after the last card from your pool has been submitted. This is to allow time to eat as well as get to the other course and time to pick up players packs between rounds.
Round 2 tee times will be posted in the comment section on this DGScene page.
Sad Dog Discs will be set up at Seven Oaks after the tournament for Payouts.
Ace pool (optional) will be paid thru PayPal.

Hole sponsorships are available for $25. Includes sign with your logo on the hole of your choosing, on a first come first served basis. Also a recognition in caddy book/ players meeting.
If the division you want is full, please get on the waitlist. Pools and divisional caps will be adjusted to meet demand.
Starting hole assignments for round 1 will be set after close of registration.

Sad Dog Discs is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Refund requests must be sent through the DGScene "Registered Players" tab.
Players on the waitlist that do not get in will receive a full refund after the close of registration.
Withdrawls:
All withdrawals are subject to a $5 processing fee
Refunds requested prior to 8/5 - 100% refund, minus DGScene fees.
Refunds requested 8/6-8/20 - If your spot is filled from the waitlist, 100% refund. If your spot is not filled from waitlist, 50% Refund, minus DGScene fees.
Refunds requested 8/21-9/4 - If your spots is filled from the waitlist, 100% refund. If your spot is not filled from the waitlist, 25% refund, minus DGScene fees.
Any players who do not show up to the event without notification, receive NO refund.
PayPal Fees and Disc Golf Scene fees are non-refundable.
