ABOUT
This is a PDGA C-Tier Flex event. The low registration fee is to encourage participation and show LaPorte County it needs an 18-hole permanent course
You may form your own group once all card mates have checked in and begin your round. If you do not have a card the tournament director will help place you in a group. You may play in groups of three or four players. You may mix divisions within your group. You must be registered for the event to play in a group. Play MUST be completed by 8:30 p.m.
Kesling Park has nine permanent baskets. We will be adding nine temporary baskets for this event. The course will be set up by 10 a.m. CDT for practice rounds.
SIDE GAMES
Optional Ace Fund and 50/50 Cash CTP.
DIVISIONS
The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions of less than three players. The TD will also open a requested division with a minimum of three players.
SCORING
All players must keep score. Digital is preferred. We will be using PDGA live scoring for this event.

All amateur players will receive a small player package.
PAYOUT
Cash payout to professional players.
Amateurs will receive a small player package and trophies for first place in all qualifying divisions.
RATINGS
You may play "up" but you may not play "down" a division. Player rating classifications will be strictly enforced. You will be moved to the appropriate division should your November rating affect your division registration at the time. Please contact the TD with any questions.

Refund policy
Maple City Disc Golf, LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Players who officially request to withdraw prior to May 28, 2024 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw between May 29 and June 18, 2024 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot can be filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled through the waitlist the player will receive a 50% cash refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between June 19 and June 23, 2024 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw on or after June 24, 2024 forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack. If you have questions please contact the tournament director.
