If there isnt enough for ma2 what happens? You need 3 for the division right?

Hole 13's tee pad has been removed because the parked added in a water drain that leads to the creek. Will a temp tee be added or will we play both hole 16 locations?

Whats the date of this event? It says 9/11/21 in the title area but 8/14/21 down below?
