For the safari holes like 2 to 3, do we need to pass the mando still? I would assume you have to ... just double checking

The mando on hole two from the first round says it is to the right, not left, is what you just said a mistake? Also, for the last nine holes the safari, will the scores reset?

Brian Bochantin   December 24, 2020 at 5:39pm

sorry, hole 2 mando must go right

Brian Bochantin   December 24, 2020 at 5:40pm

Scores will not reset, winners will be determined by the total of 2 rounds (18 & 9)

Brian Bochantin    December 22, 2020 at 3:21am

Because their is no players pack and I really want the winners to feel special, each winner will receive $120 in merchandise from the store!

Appreciate all the works that have been done. Mandos and OBs are marked clearly. But the hole 16's mando is a bit confusing. I'm assuming the current double mando is marked for the spider tree basket. And somehow the basket has been moved from the spider tree to the left of the fairway. The new basket position seems does not work with the double mando.

Basket was moved for glow, it should get moved back soon.

Thanks!

Richard Dore   December 13, 2020 at 9:11pm

If you land on top of the basket on 18, are you OB?

Brian Bochantin   December 13, 2020 at 9:14pm

Richard Dore, that is OB as well because you would need to mark your lie on the ground and that ground is OB.

Brian Bochantin    December 8, 2020 at 6:34pm

Because of the ratings updates a few people had to move divisions.

When do you think the tee time schedule will be posted?

Brian Bochantin   December 5, 2020 at 2:03am

Official tee times will be posted the day before the event; once we are at a full 60 players I will post approximate division tee times.

Brian Bochantin    December 4, 2020 at 3:37pm

MA3 is the largest group so they will be teeing first at 8:00, 8:10, 8:20, 8:30 & 8:40. I estimate the first round taking 2 hours 30 minutes. This means the first card should be done around 10:30 and last card of MA3 should be done around 11:10. I'm thinking 15-20 minutes to identify and send out the first group of MA3 players onto their 2nd round final nine about 11:30, 11:40 & 11:50am.

For Krampus comes to Mercer; with the latest NJ executive order we are changing this event to a tee time event and capping the number of players at 60. Each divisions tee times will be next to one another. You will still be playing round 1 as 18 holes and then a cut where half make it to a final 9 round 2.
Tee times will start at 8am and be every 10 minutes.
I have altered the registration and now general registration will commence Thursday 12/3 at 7pm.

Tee times will be assigned the day before the event for all players. Planning the largest division goes first at 8am, 8:10am, 8:20am, etc. Tee times will show up on the PDGA site.

Brian Bochantin   December 2, 2020 at 6:32pm

Once the event has 60 players registered, I will then let everybody know what times each division should be teeing at.

Jeff Pitcher   December 3, 2020 at 4:43pm

Sounds good! Thanks!

Michael Ronan    December 2, 2020 at 1:25am

So I assume the tournament is canceled?

Brian Bochantin   December 2, 2020 at 2:13am

The event is not cancelled. I'll be adjusting later this week.

Daniel Spivack   December 2, 2020 at 2:13am

it could be moved to a different course

Brian Bochantin   December 2, 2020 at 11:49am

The latest NJ executive order caps outdoor sporting events to 25 people not counting players. This means no spectators or caddies allowed.

Daniel Spivack    November 30, 2020 at 9:33pm

is 48 the total amount of players that can sign up before nov. 3 or is this the total amount for the tourny?

Brian Bochantin   November 30, 2020 at 9:42pm

NJ is making a new restriction today which I am monitoring carefully. Registration is on pause right now. Things will change in next 48 hours.

Jeff Pitcher    November 5, 2020 at 1:02pm

If you sponsor a hole on the 12th, are you restricted by your PDGA rating on which division you can register for when sponsoring?

Brian Bochantin   November 5, 2020 at 1:34pm

No; If you are a sponsor then nothing else will restrict you.

Michael Ronan    October 26, 2020 at 1:42pm

If I don’t have a PDGA number do I have to wait until the 3rd to register?

Brian Bochantin   October 26, 2020 at 3:36pm

11/12 You could sponsor a hole, 11/26 you could register for MA4, 12/3 you could register any division.

Michael Ronan   November 5, 2020 at 1:11pm

Thank you
